1. In-Room Dining & Order Placement

By placing an in-room dining order via our contactless QR code portal, you verify that you are an authorized resident guest staying in the specified room number. All placed orders are transmitted directly to the partner kitchen and reception desk for immediate preparation and delivery.

2. Pricing, Taxes & GST Billing

All menu item prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) is calculated dynamically based on the verified property tax configuration and presented transparently prior to order confirmation. If you provide a company name and GSTIN number at checkout, your digital invoice will include these details for tax deduction and input claim.

3. Payment Channels & Room Billing Settlement

Guests may choose between secure online payment (Razorpay UPI, credit/debit card, net banking) or charging the order to their in-room account (Pay on Checkout). For orders charged to the room, all accumulated tabs must be fully settled with the reception desk prior to checkout departure.

4. Order Cancellation & Modification Policy

Orders may only be cancelled before kitchen preparation commences. Once a kitchen vendor accepts and transitions the order to the Preparing stage, cancellation or refunds cannot be processed due to fresh culinary preparation.

5. Hospitality & Housekeeping Services

Housekeeping, laundry, and bellboy assistance requests logged through the guest portal are dispatched in real time to the property concierge staff. Applicable laundry cleaning tariffs will be itemized on your room folio.
